Right to withdrawal
In accordance with Art.5 of Leg. Dec 206/05 (consumer code) for consumer protection, which governs contracts at a distance, you will be entitled to recede if the product purchased does not meet your requirements or is no longer of interest to you, without any penalty, and without having to provide any reason, within no more than ten working days of receipt of the goods.
To assert your right to withdrawal, you must send your request by registered letter with return receipt to Nalevi srl, Via Torino , 161, 10015 IVREA (TO) - ITALY, specifying the description and quantity of products you intend to return.
Customer service will contact you as soon as possible in order to advise you of the most suitable way to return the goods (in this case transport will be paid by you. In fact, Leg. Dec. 185/99 states that the consumer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and that he is only liable for expenses related to return of the product). The goods must be returned to the address given above, by no later than ten days from receipt. Since transport is entirely at your expense, the means of transport may in any case be chosen at your discretion.
As soon as we have received the parcel with the returned goods, we will check it is complete and in good condition (including any documentation and accessories): if any returned item should be damaged or tampered with, the sum paid for purchase of the product will not be returned.
After checking the condition of the goods, the sum paid will be reimbursed as soon as possible: reimbursement will be by bank transfer within 80 days of receipt of the registered letter informing us of the withdrawal.

Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed for 24 months from purchase against any defect arising from their manufacture. If the product should be damaged during transportation and/or delivery, Nalevi srl will collect the damaged product (along with the packaging and any other items included by the manufacturer at the time of packing). If any defect is found, Nalevi srl will repair or replace the product without any additional charge to the customer.

Tax documentation
