INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF DATA (Art. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03)

Dear Visitor,

According to articles13 and 23 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30^th June 2003, (hereafter referred to as "Leg. Dec."), we would like to inform you:

1) that the personal data supplied to NALEVI on registration to this web page are subject to treatment in the respect of the above-mentioned law and the obligations to confidentiality therein;

2) that treatment of personal data according to Art.4 of the Leg. Dec shall mean any operation or set of operations carried out with or  without the aid of electronic equipment concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, divulgation, deletion and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database;

• to comply with the legal obligations connected with civil, fiscal and accounting laws etc., for administration purposes of the relationship you enter into with our company;
• to comply with contractual obligations for technical support and technical information and after sales service;
• for market surveys and statistics, marketing and references concerning the products  of NALEVI’s business;
• (only upon your specific consent) for the communication of trade information about future business plans, announcements of new products, services and offers, both by NALEVI and by companies affiliated and/or controlled by it, trading partners and outsourcers, by sending advertising by e-mail or text messages.  Sending of emails or text messages will not in any case involve the transfer of personal data to third parties. This service does not entail monitoring of the sites you visit or the checking of messages you read, without your consent;
• for competitions or promotional activities in general, in the interest of the NALEVI user;

4) that it is necessary for you to provide your data in order to comply with contractual and legal obligations deriving from the legal relationship with NALEVI. If you should not be interested in our business information (which grants you preferential treatment for our promotional offers), you may choose not to give your consent for this specific purpose; 

We would further inform you that subjects may exercise their rights as per Art.7 of the Leg. Dec., which is summarized hereafter. An individual is entitled to obtain confirmation of whether personal data concerning them exists or not, even if they are not yet recorded, and to receive communication of them in an intelligible form. The individual is entitled to obtain confirmation:

• of the source of the personal data;
• of the purposes and methods of treatment;
• of the logic applied in the event of treatment using electronic equipment;
• of details of the identification of the holder, of those responsible and of the designated representative;
• of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become acquainted with them in their role as designated representative in the area of the country, of persons responsible or delegates.

The individual is also entitled to obtain:

• updating or rectification or, when interested  to do so, integration of the data;
• deletion, transformation to an anonymous form or blocking of data treated in breach of the law, including those which do not need to be stored for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently treated;
• attestation that the operations described in the two previous paragraphs have been brought to the knowledge, also as regards their contents, of those to whom the data have been communicated or divulged, except when this proves to be impossible or involves the use of means clearly over-proportioned to the right to be protected.

Individuals are entitled to object wholly or partly:

• for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal data that concern them, even if pertinent to the purpose of their collection;
• to the treatment of personal data that concern them for the purposes of sending material related to advertising or direct sales or market research or business communications.
  

The data holder is NALEVI, in the person of the legal representative.
