These are the most common reasons for a customer to return an article that is not suitable or is faulty. Condition of the goods: the goods must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and label and in the same protective box in which they were delivered. Refund: when the goods arrive in our warehouse we proceed with reimbursement of the sum shown on the invoice (including delivery charges and/or cash on delivery) as agreed with Nalevi staff (by re-crediting your credit card or by bank transfer).

Further information: to be entitled to return the goods, they must be in perfect condition; goods returned must therefore have been looked after correctly (kept and, if applicable, used with all due care). In addition, the goods must be returned with all parts and accessories found in the original packaging and carefully protected to avoid any damage, writing or alteration. If these instructions are not complied with, Nalevi shall have the right to refuse the goods returned by the customer. When the right of recession is correctly exerted, Nalevi will refund the purchase price and charges for delivering the goods to the customer’s address as soon as possible. QIf the returned goods should be found to have even slight imperfections on their return, Nalevi reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded to compensate for the damage found.
